Bodhi Bicycles is committed to delivering the highest quality products that we can build.

We ensure that every aspect of our electric bicycle meets or exceeds your expectations. Bodhi has developed a multi-stage Quality Control program that is implemented in each step of the production and assembly process. Once a bike is completely assembled, an extensive inspection using a roster list of more than one hundred specific items is conducted. After passing the QC checklist step, each and every Bodhi bicycle is then test ridden and tagged by a Bodhi product manager to confirm performance and validate the electronic system prior to packaging.

The final stage involves the random selection of finished products for testing to be performed by independent lab facilities to ensure that we meet or exceed European and U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission standards.

Outstanding quality and rider confidence is the number one goal of the Bodhi Bicycles team.

WARRANTY

Our company warrants to the original purchaser of each new Bodhi electric bicycle that the following components will be free from defect in material and workmanship for the period indicated:

Frame:    As long as the original purchaser owns the bicycle.
Battery:  One year (12 Months) from the original date of purchase.

All other components:  One year (12 months) from the original date of purchase.

At Bodhi Bicycles, we develop and deliver products and services to meet a high standard of excellence.  If you should have any issues or questions about our products and services, please contact us directly for resolution.

Our electric bikes are equipped with components that can be serviced or repaired at any bicycle retailer. For diagnosis or servicing of an electronic component (battery, console, controller), we will contact and provide instruction to your preferred bike dealer. If you do not have or know of a local bicycle retailer with a qualified service technician, Bodhi Bikes will help you find one.
